• Repair services may incur additional charges.

• Full payment is required for all pre-order and custom design items.
• Payments for pre-order and custom design items are strictly non-refundable.
• Prices are subject to change. Customers will be informed of any adjustments before finalizing the purchase.

• Complimentary lifetime polishing service is provided to all customers.

Stone Warranty (Rings Only)
• Includes one (1) main stone.
• Includes up to three (3) small stones.
• One-time warranty claim only.
• Not applicable to custom-made rings.
• Not applicable to natural stones or moissanite stones.
